Dendretic cell therapie

Dendritic cell therapy is a type of immunotherapy that uses dendritic cells, which are a specialized type of immune cell, to help the body recognize and attack diseases—most often cancer.

How  Works dentritic cell therapie:

Collection of Cells: White blood cells are taken from a patient's blood (often via a process called leukapheresis).

Creation of Dendritic Cells: In the lab, these white blood cells are cultured and stimulated to become dendritic cells.

Antigen Loading: These lab-grown dendritic cells are exposed to antigens—proteins or markers from the patient’s cancer (or virus)—so they can "learn" to recognize them.

Reinfusion: The dendritic cells, now trained to recognize cancer-specific antigens, are injected back into the patient.

Immune Activation: Once inside the body, the dendritic cells present these antigens to T cells, effectively "teaching" the immune system to seek out and destroy the cancer cells.
